Classes for children from kindergarten through the fifth grade are held each Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. Classes include Bible stories, activities and crafts, music, play time and a snack.
This ministry,which is offered on Sunday mornings follwing the 8:30 a.m. service, provides a means for individuals to deepen their understanding of God and the Christian faith. It’s also a great way to get to know others in our fellowship.
This group meets every Thursday morning to study and discuss the Bible in depth and discuss how it applies to their lives.
Hosted by Moms in Prayer International, on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM, a group of women spend time in prayer focusing on children and young people in the communities served by the church.
On Tuesdays at 1:00 pm, a group of intercessors meets to pray for the Sunday School and the children who attend.
A group of men from our congregation meet every Wednesday morning at 7:30 am for breakfast and fellowship at a local restaurant.
In collaboration with Young Life, the Anglican Church of the Redeemer in Norwood hosts students from Norwood High School on Wednesdays after school throughout the school year for pizza, ice cream, and fun. We provide a safe place for young people to meet with their friends and with trained Young Life leaders. Many of the students also participate in the Young Life Club on Monday evenings and go to summer camp together.
